Dr. AI Health terms of use

1. The service

• Dr. AI Health helps you find a doctor, request an appointment and keep your medical records. Doctors can be listed in the directory.
• By using the app or the website you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Not medical advice

The app does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. In an emergency call an ambulance (123 in Egypt) or go to the nearest hospital.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password safe.
• The account type (patient or doctor) is set once and cannot be changed.

4. Doctor directory

• What a doctor page says is written by that doctor, who is responsible for it being correct.
• "Verified" means we checked the licence number only; it is not a guarantee of the care given.
• We may hide or remove any page with wrong or abusive information.

5. Appointment requests

• A request is not a confirmed booking. The appointment is confirmed when the doctor or clinic replies.
• We are not a party between you and the doctor, and are not responsible for the visit itself or its price.

6. Reviews

• Write honest reviews of real visits. No insults, personal details or advertising.
• We may remove any review that breaks these rules.

7. Records plan

• The plan is a subscription renewed every 6 months, paid through Google Play at the price shown there.
• You can cancel renewal at any time in Google Play (Subscriptions). Refunds follow Google Play policy.
• If the plan ends, your files stay saved, but new uploads and shares stop until you renew.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload what you have no right to, try to access other people's accounts, or use the service in a way that harms it or others.

9. Suspension and deletion

• You can delete your account at any time (see the account deletion page).
• We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

10. Liability

• The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and safe, but cannot promise it will never stop.
• Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.

11. Changes and law

• We may update these terms and will show the date of the last update above. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
