Dr. AI Health Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026. Applies to the Dr. AI Health Android app (com.alionour.drai.health) and the patient and doctor pages of draihub.com. The Dr. AI clinic management system has its own policy.

Who we are

Dr. AI Health is run by Dr. AI ("we"). Contact: nourrehabcenter@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and sign-in details (Google sign-in or email and password), and whether you use the app as a patient or a doctor.
• Appointment requests: the doctor, the day you choose, your phone number and any note you write.
• Reviews and reports: your star rating, comment and the name shown with it; reports you send about reviews.
• Saved doctors: the doctors you save.
• Medical records (paid plan): files you upload yourself, such as X-rays, lab results, prescriptions and reports, with their names, type and size.
• Sharing: the share links and QR codes you create, which files they include, when they expire, and when a link was opened, viewed or downloaded.
• Doctors only: the directory profile you fill in (name, specialty, city, clinic, address, phone, fee, languages, years of experience, bio, photo, clinic location) and your license number and license photo for verification.
• Location: if you allow it, your phone's location is used on your device to show nearby doctors. We do not store a patient's location. A doctor's clinic location is stored only when the doctor places it on the map.
• Purchases: Google Play handles payment. We receive a purchase token to confirm your plan, never your card details.

How we use it

• To run your account and the features you use: search, reviews, appointment requests, saved doctors and your medical records.
• To show doctor profiles and reviews publicly in the directory, and to check doctors' licenses before showing the "Verified" badge.
• To confirm paid plans and storage limits.
• To keep the service safe, for example by handling reported reviews.

We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your medical records for any purpose other than storing them and showing them to the people you share them with.

Who can see your data

• Your medical records are private. Only you can see them, and anyone holding a share link or QR code you created, until it expires or you stop it.
• Appointment requests are seen by you and the doctor you sent them to.
• Reviews are public, with the name you choose.
• Doctor profiles are public. License numbers and license photos are seen only by our review team.
• Service providers: data is stored and processed by Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions and Hosting) and payments by Google Play. They act on our instructions.
• We may disclose data if the law requires it.

Security

All data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored by Google Cloud, which encrypts it at rest. Access rules limit each piece of data to the people described above. Share links are long random codes, expire after the time you choose (1 hour to 7 days) and can be stopped at any time.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete files and stop shares in the app at any time. To delete your account and all its data, follow the steps at draihub.com/health/account-deletion or email us. We delete it within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

Children

Dr. AI Health is for adults (18 and over). A parent or guardian may manage records for their child under their own account.

Not medical advice

Dr. AI Health helps you find doctors and keep your records. It does not give medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app for important changes.
