Delete your Dr. AI Health account
The app for patients and directory doctors

- Email us from the address you sign in to the app with.
- Say that you want to delete your Dr. AI Health account.
- We delete the account and all its data within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What is deleted
- Your account: name, email and account type (patient or doctor).
- Your medical records: every file you uploaded and every share link.
- Saved doctors and the appointment requests you sent or received.
- For doctors: your directory listing, licence photo and personal photo.
- Your reviews are deleted or anything that identifies you is removed from them.
What may be kept
- Payment records that Google Play keeps on its side (we never store card details).
- Anything the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as it requires.
Before you delete
- Deleting the account does not cancel the records plan: cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions).
- To delete only some files or stop a share, do it yourself in the app or on My account, without deleting the account.
- Doctors can hide their listing from the directory on My account instead.
- Deletion is final; the data cannot be brought back afterwards.
