Dr. AI clinic system terms of service

1. The service

• Dr. AI is a clinic management system: appointments, patient records, prescriptions, finances, the clinic team and an AI medical assistant. It runs on Android, Windows and the web.
• By using it you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

2. Not a substitute for the doctor

• Dr. AI is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat.
• Anything the AI assistant writes may be wrong. A doctor must review it before using it with any patient, and medical decisions stay the doctor's responsibility.

3. Account and clinic team

• You must be 18 or older and a doctor, or a member of a clinic team with the owner's permission.
• The clinic owner adds the team and sets each member's permissions, and is responsible for how they use the system.
• Keep your password safe and tell us at once if someone uses your account without permission.

4. Patient data

• The data you enter belongs to the clinic, which is responsible for it towards patients and the law (including Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020).
• Get the patient's consent before recording their data, and do not enter false data.
• We store and process the data only to provide the service to you, and we never sell it.

5. AI assistant

• When you use the assistant, the speech, images or screen you share are sent to the AI providers we use, only so they can answer you.
• Each plan has a monthly limit on assistant use.

6. Google services

Our use of information received from Google services (such as Google Sign-In, Google Drive and Google Calendar) adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7. Plans and payment

• There is a free plan with no time limit, and paid plans (Pro and Elite), monthly or yearly, at the price shown on the pricing page or in the app.
• On Android you pay through Google Play. On Windows and the web you pay by card on a secure checkout page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Google Play refunds follow Google Play policy. For card payments, email us and we will review each request.
• If you move to a smaller plan, your data stays saved, but adding more stops at the new plan's limits.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the system for anything that breaks the law or medical professional rules.
• Do not try to hack or reverse-engineer it, access other people's accounts, or share your login with anyone outside your team.

9. Ownership

The system, its design and its name are ours. The data and reports you create are yours.

10. Suspension and deletion

• You can delete the clinic account at any time (see the account deletion page).
• We may suspend any account that breaks these terms. If that happens, you can ask for a copy of your data within 30 days.

11. Liability

• The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it working and safe, but cannot promise it will never stop.
• We are not responsible for medical decisions made based on what the AI assistant wrote.
• Our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, as far as the law allows.

12. Changes and law

• We may update these terms. We will show the date of the last update above, and tell you in the app or by email about big changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept them.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
