Delete your Dr. AI clinic system account
The clinic system for doctors and clinic staff

- Email us from the address you sign in to the clinic system with.
- Include your name, that email, your clinic name, and that you want your account permanently deleted.
- We check that you own the account and delete it within 5 to 7 business days, then email you.

What is deleted
- Sign-in details and profile: name, email, photo and settings.
- App preferences: theme, language and notifications.
- Your AI assistant chats and team messages.
- All stored sign-in tokens.
What the law requires us to keep
- Patient records and clinical notes: anything that identifies people is removed, and they are kept for the period the law requires.
- Access logs: 90 days, for security.
- Billing records: 7 years, under tax rules.
- Personal details are removed from everything kept within 30 days of deletion.
Before you delete
- Deletion is final: you lose every patient record and note in your account.
- Your subscription is cancelled, with no refund for the time left.
- Export your data first: Settings → Data & Storage → Export Data.
- To delete only some data: you can delete a patient, a chat, team messages or calendar events in the app right away.
