Is searching for a doctor free?
Yes. Browsing and searching are free and need no account.
Are the reviews real?
You must sign in to review, confirmed visits are tagged, and you can report any review that breaks the rules.
What does a "Verified" doctor mean?
It means the license was checked by hand. It does not mean Dr. AI recommends the doctor.
I am a doctor. What do I do?
You can list yourself in the directory or use the Dr. AI clinic system, which has a permanent free plan.
Is my medical data safe?
Connections are encrypted, you control what you share, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
How do I request an appointment?
Open the doctor's page, tap "Request an appointment", and add your number and a time that suits you. The doctor gets the request, and the appointment is confirmed when they reply.
What is the records plan?
Safe space for your tests, scans and prescriptions (5 GB) that you can share with any doctor through a temporary link. It costs 50 EGP ($1.99) every 6 months on Google Play.
How do I cancel the plan?
In Google Play: Subscriptions → Dr. AI Health → Cancel. Your files stay saved.
How do I delete my account?
On the account deletion page: email us from your account's address and we delete all your data within 30 days.
