What does it run on?
Android, Windows and any web browser, with the same account and data everywhere.
Is patient data safe?
Data is encrypted and stored on Google Cloud, and each team member only sees what their permissions allow.
Can I add my clinic team?
Yes. Invite doctors and receptionists and choose what each one can do.
What does the AI assistant do?
It helps you write reports and notes and summarise a patient's file. Medical decisions always stay with you.
Can I export my data?
Yes: Settings → Data & Storage → Export Data.
What currency are prices in?
Egyptian pounds in Egypt, US dollars elsewhere.
Can my clinic appear in the doctor directory?
Yes. You can be listed in the Dr. AI Hub directory so patients find you and request appointments.
